1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and towns within Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta

  • Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and more

Remote areas may have limited courier availability or extended delivery times.

2. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery Time:

  • 2–4 working days for major cities

  • 3–7 working days for other regions and remote areas

Note: Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or high-volume seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on product weight and destination.
Common options include:

  • Flat Rate: PKR 200

  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 10,000

  • COD Handling Fee: PKR 100

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

COD Terms & Conditions

  • Full payment must be made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • The courier will not allow package opening before payment.

  • If the customer refuses to accept the parcel without a valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.

  • For orders above PKR 15,000, we may require advance payment, such as a small confirmation deposit.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • For COD orders, we may call or SMS to verify your details.

  • Unverified orders may be canceled automatically.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you can receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier name

  • Tracking link (if applicable)

You can track your shipment until delivery is completed.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inform us within 24 hours if:

  • Your parcel arrives damaged

  • Items are missing

  • You receive the wrong product

We will assist you with replacements or returns as per our Return Policy.

8. Changes to Shipping Address

You may request a change of address before dispatch.
After dispatch, address changes depend on the courier's approval.
